What access do you need to complete the assessment?

I'll need read access to source code repositories, infrastructure dashboards, and time with key technical team members. I also review existing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and incident history.

Do you sign NDAs?

Absolutely. I understand the sensitivity of due diligence and am happy to sign mutual NDAs before accessing any materials. All findings remain confidential to you and your deal team.
