Blueline Commerce, LLC d/b/a Long Run Advisory is a small business that pursues bounded prime contracts and actively seeks subcontracting and teaming partnerships with prime contractors supporting federal, state, and local government agencies. We bring specialized expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, custom software design and implementation services, systems integration, and secure financial technology to teams that need senior technical depth without adding enterprise overhead.

As a subcontractor or teaming partner, we support primes with custom software design and implementation, AI/ML solution architecture, agentic AI and LLM integration, cloud-native application development, modernization of legacy systems, API and data integration, blockchain and digital payments engineering, and technical due diligence. We can lead a defined workstream, augment an existing delivery team, or provide fractional technical leadership for a program.

  • Interstice Digital, Co-founder and CTO. Led the engineering team building a governed AI agent workflow (Claude Code, MCP servers, per-service rules) on production APIs, including money-moving flows; empty repository to production in under six months while writing about 80% of commits. Built ETH to Canton Network atomic swap infrastructure and co-ran its security audit.

  • Everyrealm, CTO. Scaled engineering from 5 to 65; roughly 30% faster deploys and 25% faster incident resolution.

  • Equideum Health, CTOO. Led a decentralized health data platform under HIPAA and FDA compliance requirements.

  • PeraHealth, VP Engineering. Clinical analytics with EHR integrations across Epic and Cerner; led technical due diligence for a $15M investment round.
